UV DTF Custom Order *ONLY USE IF ORDERING 30+ SHEETS*

This listing is to purchase a 11.8"W X 28”H UV Direct-to-Film (DECAL) custom gang sheet.  PLEASE NOTE: THIS LISTING IS ONLY TO BE USED TO PURCHASE 30 SHEETS OR MORE (THEY DO NOT ALL NEED TO BE THE SAME).  IF YOU ARE PURCHASING LESS THAN THIS AMOUNT, PLEASE USE THE OTHER LISTING THAT CORRESPONDS TO THE NUMBER OF SHEETS YOU ARE ORDERING.

You may either prepare a gang sheet using a program of your choice and upload the file, or you can use our SheetBuilder, linked below.

Prior to submitting your digital artwork, please familiarize yourself with our Digital Artwork Requirements.  It is your responsibility to submit art in accordance with the requirements, and understand that any artwork that does not meet the requirement may produce a poor print quality.  Digital Artwork Requirements can be found here: https://www.bluedroptransfers.com/pages/custom-prints

ORDERS PLACED USING FILE UPLOAD:

When ordering using the file upload feature, you can upload as many sheets as you'd like to order.  You are welcome to order multiple copies of a sheet, or have unique files for each sheet.   

THIS LISTING IS ONLY TO BE USED TO PURCHASE 30 SHEETS OR MORE (THEY DO NOT ALL NEED TO BE THE SAME).  IF YOU ARE PURCHASING LESS THAN THIS AMOUNT, PLEASE USE THE OTHER LISTING THAT CORRESPONDS TO THE NUMBER OF SHEETS YOU ARE ORDERING.

ORDERS PLACED USING SHEETBUILDER:

For orders placed using SheetBuilder, you simply click on the SheetBuilder button below and it will automatically create the sheet size outline for you.  

Once in the SheetBuilder app, you can select the quantity of sheets you need to purchase, if you require multiples of the same sheet.  

Once your sheet has been submitted, the item will be added to your cart.

Please note that you must complete payment for your order to be submitted.  Sheets submitted with SheetBuilder that have not been paid for will not be printed.

IMPORTANT TRANSFER CARE INSTRUCTIONS: EXPOSURE OF UV DTF TRANSFERS TO HIGH HEAT AND/OR HUMIDITY CAN CAUSE CRACKING/LIFTING OF THE DECAL.  CONSIDERATIONS SHOULD BE MADE WHEN SHIPPING/STORING YOUR PRODUCT TO ACCOUNT FOR/ AVOID THESE CONDITIONS. DO NOT PLACE IN DISHWASHER OR SOAK IN HOT WATER.

Additionally, we want to caution against the use of full cup wraps/ large solid designs, as they are more susceptible to bubbles forming under the surface and may be prone to cracking over time. We recommend considering alternative designs or partial wraps for better durability and longevity.

Not recommended for use with sublimation-coated glassware as some coatings will not form a bond with the adhesive on the transfer.
